Well, the traier just came out for this movie. It does look good. I like the Wachowski brothers, and Portman (from her acting in Garden State, not Star Wars), so I have some faith in them to try to make it as good as the original. Then again, more reports of people who read the script being disappointed when compared to the graphic novel. I'll see it, but I am still wary.

I saw Willy Wonka last night with Melody, Laura and Randy. Laura and I liked it a lot, (though I still thought it was not as good as the original). Melody and Randy both liked it, but not as much as they had hoped I think. The guy who played the Oompa Loompa (Deep Roy is his name I think) did a fantastic job. Better than his performance in Big Fish. Looking forward to him as the voice of Napoleon Bonaparte in Corpse Bride (which looked even better in the ad on the big screen).
