Wow. Fantastic show, with a fantastic ending to the season. Very shocking. Wasn't sure how to take it. A show-reset that I just didn't see coming.
Some folks missed the voice-over that was played during the end credits, either due to an ad for the new Dr. Who show, or because their Tivos were not aware it was running 92 minutes rather than just 90 minutes. So, I have transcribed the voice-over (which, by the way, is one of the biggest reasons I believe this episode was not a dream sequence or mental programming on The Farm):
Six's voice:
"Humanity has surrendered. The war is finally over. We must now fulfill our true destiny. So we will love them, and take care of them. Show them the glory of peace. And like God our infinite mercy will only be matched by our power, and complete control."
